Tommy Hilfigher Complaint - Tommy Hilfiger Wrist Watch

BANGALORE, MAINE -- I got a Tommy Hilfiger wrist watch from my fiancee on valentines day. It stopped working the other day. When I took it to service center they said, inner machine is faulty. My question was the reason we buy branded watches to get proper service and not faulty pieces. I asked them to get it replaced since it was a brand new piece, they refused flatly saying we are ready to replace the inner machine but not the whole piece. Why are they selling faulty pieces in market. I wanted to lodge a complaint in consumer forum regarding this.

If anybody can please guide me how it is done, I am surely putting this Tommy Hilfiger guy in trouble.

I don't understand what you were trying to do? Exchange the watch for a new one without a receipt and they offered to fix the old one?

They came up with a solution to your problem. Why don't you accept it? Was there something wrong with the rest of the watch? Otherwise, I would see no reason for a complete replacement.
