Best Buy Complaint - Complaint Against Best Buy Sony And Warranty Dept
TEXAS -- Bought a (lemon) Sony 60" TV in 2006 and this year will be 3 yrs of having this TV worked on 4 times. It will not make a year without going out. Paid $4500 for TV, $2300 more for extra's, warranty, and the TV is a lemon. Was told best buy new that these TV's had defects, but sold them anyway!! Then when you buy one, they will not replace it. There is a lemon law against defective products, but best buy and their warranty dept. will not replace the TV. Anyone that buys from best buy is taking a big chance!! I will never buy from best buy again and I will tell everyone I know that they sell defective products!!
Also I will be putting a letter in our local paper, so everyone can read about the service I had from best buy!!
