Vonage Complaint - They Are Cheaters - VOIP
PENNSYLVANIA -- Vonage has one of the worst Customer Support / Billing department. The customer service is so bad, rude, they have no technical knowledge and they are not aware of any business process. They ripped me with over $110 hence I had to close the account. It got so bad yesterday that one of the representatives put me on hold for over 30 minutes and then hung up the phone on me and on calling back Vonage they blamed me for hanging the phone.
The customer service representatives are so poorly informed that one of the representatives will tell you something on a day and after a few days if you call them back they will tell you something totally different on the very same topic. One of the surprising thing is that the customer service do not want to transfer the phones to the Managers they just say that the managers have left the office even before their normal working hours. This happened to me yesterday when I asked the representative to connect me over to the manager at around 7:50 PM and she said they have left the office (the office hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00PM) and when I told her that there is still 10 minutes left for them to call the day off then she connected me to the Manager.
This is really bad on their part and I’m sure they are heading the same way Circuit City went. Guys just avoid Vonage they will rip you with your hard earned money.
