Popeyes Complaint - Paid For Food But Did Not Get

JENNINGS, LOUISIANA -- Yes, the Popeyes in Jenning's, La. has done this twice to us. We are both older patrons, and on a fixed income, so it is a treat to eat out.

Now twice we have placed orders, had then repeat them to us, paid for our food, drove 15 miles back home only to find out over half of our order was not there. We tried calling and they were very rude to us. The store # is 2205 and the server was Katie F.#2106.I feel they should have offered us coupons, and least tried to make it right. We will not go back to this store and will put this out to for all that read the blogs on how poorly we were treated.

Its a shame and a sin that you were treated rudely, there's no excuse for that.

Nowdays, you HAVE to check your order before you head down the road...we learned the hard way to just pull up a little bit at the window and check to make sure everything is ok.
