AMR.com Complaint - ERJ-135, American Eagle / American Airlines

NEWBERGH, NEW YORK -- I have traveled enough now to report that the Brazillian Engineered Embraer 135 Commercial Jet Aircraft emloyed by American Eagle, a subsidiary of American Airlines, (AMR) may be a very capable aircraft however is the most uncomfortable aircraft that I have experienced in my professional life and been in essence forced to use because of the current degraded state of the airline industry as managed or perhaps mismanaged by American Airlines! I have decided to avoid the Embraer 135 for any future flights that I will be taking for my business because of the personal discomfort that the aircraft brings with it! This is as a result of more than 12 flights that I have had on American Eagle flights and will be actively avoiding any future encounters with this aircraft manufacturer! Stuart International Airport is the location that I am referring to with regard to my business with American Eagle. In the future I will be using other airports where I can have a better choice of flight equipment alternatives. I will not be employing Stewart Airport in the future unless American Airlines makes a change in aircraft that they use and cease using the Embraer, ERJ-135. I have a choice as a frequent corporate air transportatation consumer and I shall exercise it!
