I have many horrible experiences with ICICI NRI division. Customer service is a mess. No one knows anything. It is the most disgusting bank service that I have seen. When you call CSR they do not transfer to someone else they mention call this number after some time as connections are busy.
I am stuck with them. When I go to India I am canceling all accounts with them.
