SlimEasyPro Complaint - Fraud - Weight Loss Shake

DALLAS, TEXAS -- I am like all the others complaining about this company. I paid $5.99 with my credit card (I did receive the product) but did not give permission to charge me $88.97 for something I didn't received. I called to complain and they told me to come to this address and complain. What a FRAUD. I am going to complain to BBB.

To avoid being charged you must cancel before your 20 day trial period is over. You may cancel your Value Autoship Program by calling 1(866) 360-1477 Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time or emailing our support department at support@slimeasypro.com. You can also cancel by going to www.slimeasypro.com/cancel and entering the required information.

tnchuck100- you did not read the terms further OR you work for the company??? If not satisfied with the product you can return it- 20 days following the postmarked date for a full refund (unused product. You must have an RMA# but the problem is they wil not respond within 24hrs (via email only) like they say they will and you are left with the charge and the un-wanted product!! anyone who is reading this comment that has also been scammed needs to report this company to the BBB!!!
