T-Mobile Complaint - Bad
NEW YORK -- My first cell from T Mobile just stopped working. I got a pretty new phone with a 2 year contract. I was told all the new features including checking e~mail. That was the main feature I really could use!! The e~mail worked for about 6 weeks. I began to get Communications error every time I tried to check my E~mail. I went back to the TMobile store three times. I finally e~mailed and was told I needed to call their 800 #. I just got off the phone. I was told they couldn't understand how I had been checking my e~mail since that feature wasn't included but I could for $9.95 extra a month. I am ALREADY paying over $60. a month for this phone. My contract is over 7/10. They tried to make it right by sending a different Samsung black phone that has that feature...and T Mobile will wave the shipping cost. I accepted that BUT as soon as I have $200 to spare I am canceling that contract and NEVER using TMOBILE EVER EVER EVER AGAIN....It's cheaper to cancel my 2 yr contract than to pay for a phone that doesn't do what I thought I bought it for. BESIDES the photo feature is just terrible.
I am buying an iPhone...
