bank Complaint - Poor Employee Treatment

COLUMBUS, OHIO -- A local bank hires good honest and hardworking people at the lowest possible rate. They provide state of the art training and spend a lot of money in training. When an employee is fully trained, they send them to different locations where poor managers do not practice good management practices and poorly treat hardworking employees. The top management may not be aware of this situation and the middle management continues to play around with the futures of good people at the expense of customer service.

To help keep me as a potential future dedicated employee, I would like the following:

The top management need to communicate frequestly with its employees at bank level and encourage open policy. They also need to crack down on bank managers who do not know how to manage people. Sad and discouraged employees can not provide best or even regular customer service which really hurts the company and the pockets of top mgmt.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
