Charter Communications Complaint - Service Not Working When I'm Paying For It!
BANNER ELK, NORTH CAROLINA -- I am complaining due to the fact I pay for the movie channels and sometime I get them and sometimes I don't. "If I pay for the service than I expect to get what I pay for!" I just switched for direcTV to charter because it was a local company but heck I can't even watch the movies I pay for. The movies are not up to date, the HD is only on some channels, and the organization with the channels are scattered I send more time flipping through them I do enjoying the TV itself. I hope charter reads this and tries to fix the problem since we have so much technology but they can't seem to stand up to their publications or offers. This is sad and only make the company look unprofessional and with the world in crisis it seems they would try to impress the customers not let them down to where they want to change to get better service and only pay a few dollars more for direcTV sorry charter but your company needs to stand up and start doing what you comment to your customers. Not trying to down charter just expected better service in which I am not receiving.
