CINCINNATI, OHIO -- I'm so disappointed that for 6 years now my underwear elastic keeps unraveling. What can you do to satisfy me as a devoted customer? I kept buying your underwear hoping that this would change Not! Now I'm to the point where I've decided to change to another product. I really like the cloth part of your underwear, but that elastic has to change. So what do you plan to do about this? Please respond soon, because I'm now out of underwear.

many people have noticed this. this is just a sign of our ever changing times of manufacturering. quality we once knew and expected, has now been replaced with less than expected quality.
