PhilipNoel.com Complaint - Took Money Did Not Ship Item

PhilpNoel.com is an online jewelry store. I placed an order for a ring and my credit card was charged in the amount of $199.00. The item was never shipped and when I looked online at the order history it was marked as canceled by the company. However no refund was ever given. I mailed several letters and emailed over and over again requesting a refund. All of my requests were ignored and no response was given. Finally after 8 months I received an email telling me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will admit I should have done this in the first place but I really thought they would refund the money- because they canceled the order without reason.

Unfortunately the charge was placed on my bank check card and I was told that disputes had to be made within 90 days of the charge. I contacted the company again and was ignored again. Please DO NOT order from this company.

Never heard of them, but that's not unusual. However, no matter how enticing a product they're selling may look, I'll be certain not to fall for it. Thanks for the heads up.

A good example of why NOT to use your debit card for online purchases. If it had been a credit card, you'd have been able to reverse the charge.
