I ordered this product for my 15 yr old daughter and paid shipping and handling which was taken out of my bank account. The product arrived about 2 weeks later, very cool packaging, however I could not interest my daughter in trying the program and sent it back withen the one month period on Jan 23rd after I noticed that 89.95 had been debited from my checking account. I called the company to tell them that I had sent it back and was withen the one month period but they said they had to receive the product before they could refund my money. Okay, fair enough. Waited until Feb 16 and they took another 89.95 out of my account! I hadn't put a stop payment on it because I really didn't think there was any way they were going to take out more once they received the product back from me. Hah! Silly me! I called the company back and complained and was told that yes, they had received the package, but they were reviewing it to make sure that everything was there and that it didn't look like it had been copied. (I didn't, but how the heck would they know that anyway?)Today is March 2 and I still haven't gotten any of my money back.
I just called and the guy I talked to wasn't sure why I haven't had my money reimbursed so he was going to shoot an email down to shipping which would flag my account and get things moving. It could take up to 10 more days. I told him I would call back next Friday (9 days) and get the status and if it wasn't satisfactory then I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and get a lawyer. So, that's where it stands right now. I will post a final result/update when I have one.
