Embarq Complaint - Inept Service - Billing And Customer Service

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Embarq discontinued billing us for phone service in December 2008. We paid an estimated amount each month-rounding off to 70 or 60 dollars and continued to request a bill. Rather than send a bill we were turned over to collection. Before we finally received an invoice this company RPM called on a 3 ring system and when I called them to ask them stop the 3 rings and actually speak to us they were rude and insulting.
