Target Complaint - Sick Of Target Passing The Buck!!!
TENNESSEE -- I have had varying experiences with target Customer Service ranging from poor to abominable!
Recently, I had to return a watch because it broke - I exchanged it for a different brand and was happy with the watch - except that it had several complicated features and NO INSTRUCTIONS!
I wrote an email requesting a copy of the instructions and they responded by asking me a whole host of questions - where I purchased it, item number, manufacturer number, receipt number etc etc.
I sent the information off immediately thinking I was actually going to get some real assistance... how wrong could I be? The simply sent me a manufacturers phone number. The manufacturer was nothing to do with Mossimo, it was simply the maker of parts of the watch or possibly the overall construction of the parts.
Once again, Target have passed the buck and tried to get out of their responsibilities to their customers. It is their responsibility to settle this issue and not to set me up to chase red herrings in an attempt to get out of doing anything. I will not be shopping at target again and I will be returning this watch, which I will purchase elsewhere - and NOT on Amazon, which appears now to be a cover name for Target 70% of the time I make a purchase.
