L'Oreal USA, Inc. Complaint - Horrible Customer Service? How About None!
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I called the 800 number listed on their website. It directed me to the name directory, or asked me for an extension, neither of which I knew. So it told me to dial 0 for the operator, who didn't pick up after 27 rings. Next day I try again and, once again, no operator after 38 rings!! So next I got back to the main menu, and start over, dialing the operator - this time she picks up after 12 rings -- and guess what: she gives me another 800 number for customer service.
So I call it, and get a recording saying beauty advisors are assisting other customers, but please hold, because my call is important to them. Baloney! I sat on hold for 10 minutes and gave up. Incredibly lax for such a huge company.
