Samsung 50" Rear projection TV - Complaint
ST PAUL, MINNESOTA -- I bought a "50 Samsung TV.. bought the 2yr extended warranty, was told it covered the TV for 2yrs past the factory warranty..
MY Mistake was not to look closely at the receipt.. they did highlight that the extended warranty ran the same time as the factory.
So at 2 1/2yrs after the purchase, I had problems, called CC customer service and this is when I found out I bought a pig in a poke..
$300 for a worthless extended warranty..
So it doesn't break my heart to see the company fold.. Hope the executives lost their fancy lifestyles also!

Some execs lost money but even more lower and middle class people lost there only means to survive. Are you happy about that?

TGT, that's exactly what I don't get when people wish a company to go under/out of business. How horrible to wish that on thousands of employees...or to be happy about it happening. It's just another sad commentary I guess.

I bought a printer at CC to print photos. It wasn't as good as the printer I already had (3 years old) and CC took it back and gave me a full refund, no restocking fee. I agree with TFT and KCR
