SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA -- Wachovia dealer services (non-service) has got to be the biggest bunch of ***** I have ever dealt with. Yes I will admit that I was behind on my car note but when I tried to get it paid up they didn't want to hear it. I made a total of 921.00 in 2 separate payments. one 451.00 the other 470.00 on the same day via e-pay through my bank. I called them on Saturday to notify them but they said that wasn't good enough that I had to pay them right then. Well I would have if I hadn't just made 2 freaking payments guaranteed to reach them. So after I told them to come get the car they put me on hold (to talk to her supervisor) yeah right more like sat there and came up with ways to tick me off. When she came back on the phone she started asking personal questions of why I was late on my car payment. That is no ones business but mine. I was just trying to make it right. She told me that her supervisor said they would wait till Monday and if the 921.00 had not posted then they would repo the car (good luck). Now 921 is actually one payment ahead. So I checked my account yesterday (Monday) the 451.00 posted but they did not post the 470.00. I contacted the e-bill company and they did verify that the 470.00 was sent and received by them. Checked it again at 8:15pm they still have not posted it.
Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of people that are having similar issues with Wachovia. If I never give anyone advice again I would be satisfied with this being my last. DO NOT EVER FINANCE A CAR THROUGH WACHOVIA DEALER SERVICES. If you do you are in for the ride of your life (no pun intended).
