American Express Complaint - American Express Service Stinks
They have this motto imprinted on their 2008 report "Taking Care of the Customers Always Comes First." Lately they should have deleted that Motto and change it to " Taking Care of My Own Butt and Screw the Customers." WHY?
These days, American Express service has been going downhill. I had gotten a phone call from them OUT of the blue saying my credit line has been frozen and please pay down your balance, RIGHT in the middle of billing cycle. I had spent few weeks trying to get this resolved, they REFUSED to budge and will not do anything period. saying It is warranted due to credit review, I told them my credit report has NOT changed in the past 5 or 6 years It has been exactly the same PERIOD, they still refused to budge.
American Express also gave this other excuse, it is correct decision because of this other factor, your spending pattern in the last 6 months does not constitute the need of higher limits. I had explained that My business is going through its NORMAL business cycle which is Slow starting end of September and ends in early January, then gets CRAZY as usual starting mid January until September, I even explained that's my normal pattern for the past 15 years and never had a problem paying ANY bills. Always paid every single one of them FULL and ON TIME. They refused to change their decision.
Now That is why I am suggesting that American Express change their motto to " Taking Care of My Own Butt and Screw the Customers." due to the way they have been treating their customers.
