AT&T Cable Services Complaint - A Nightmare - If You Are Considering Switching Services Don't Do It
MILFORD, CONNECTICUT -- AT&T installation has been an ongoing nightmare for two months. After hours on hold when you get to speak to a live person they don't know whats going on they can't answer your questions and make things up. We have been waiting two months for a phone. AT&T was able to hook up the internet and cable but the phone was too much for this company. Every time we call we get another person with another story and of course, you can never contact the same person you spoke to before. We switched from Optonline because our reception was poor - a lot of pixilation and TV screen was popping in and out, our e-mail router had to constantly reset and our caller ID on our phone only worked intermittently - but when you call cable they are polite and you can speak to a live person.
It is the most frustrating experience and I would highly recommend not going with AT&T Uverse because you won't get the service even after many service calls and days and days of hours and hours on the phone.
