Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs Complaint - Can't Fix Brakes on 2008 CLS 550 - And Won't Stand by Product

Review by Morris13 on 2009-03-04
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a CLS 550 in February 2008. The brakes squeak. The dealer in Palm Springs has tried to fix them 5 times, without success. They can't fix the brakes and won't replace the car. I have never had this problem with any other vehicle.

I would not recommend either this car or this dealership to anyone.

squeky brakes can be simply brake dust on the pads. they make a cleaner for squeky brakes, most auto part places carry it.

I do not think any lemon law will cover squeky brakes.

I want to know what part of this review was voted helpful? Do you all want new cars cause your breaks squeak?

No but,if I pay for a new car I don't want the brakes to squeak for as long as I have the car. You would I'm guessing?
