Mr Goodwrench Service General Motors Complaint - Poor Service Representation, Fraud

MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I was an out of state customer, I went to Mr Goodwrench in SC as my Cadillac was idling poorly. The service dept looked at the car and gave me a price for fixing, which included labor of 6 hours. I brought the car in at 3PM on March 3 and returned for pick up at 10 am March 4. They charged 6 hours labor for 4 hours work...I talked to manager, he was arrogant, and stated that because I agreed to the quoted price, I had to pay bill..no matter how long the job took.

The fraud I mention was in regard to the "Service Satisfaction Survey' on the back side of bill (which I felt was meant for me to fill out)..but the service dept fill it out as "Completely Satisfied".
