Keenzo.com Complaint - Customer Care That Doesn't Care

Review by Naphtalia on 2009-03-05
Besides all the computer and electronic equipment at Keenzo.com, they also have a number of other items for sale.

I bought a special Tarot deck for a friend of mine. Although the website said they had it in stock, I shortly got an email saying they were out of stock. Did I wish to cancel the order, or wait until it arrived. I opted to cancel. Moments after the email cancelling, I got another email saying they had found one more if I still wanted it. I should have kept things cancelled as these folks were so flaky, but I said to go ahead and send.

To USPS tracking numbers were created. This made sense as I had ordered two items. The day after the first was created, the post office indicated they had received the package. The second number, to this day, shows the post office is still waiting on.

After a week, I received the first package with my other item. I called customer care and asked if my Tarot deck had shipped. No one knew. They would have to check with their warehouse. Phone calls all got the same response - "We don't know. We'll call you back." They never did. Emails got auto responses saying someone would be in touch. They never were.

After two weeks, I emailed to cancel the part of the order with the cards. Several hours later, it was not showing cancelled in their computers, so I called in and was told that they couldn't tell if the item had sent, but would contact the warehouse. In the meantime, if the package arrive, I should just refuse delivery. When I arrived home that day, having picked up an alternative gift, the package had arrived. I returned it through the post office.

After three weeks, they can't tell if their warehouse has received it back. They can't tell if their warehouse ever sent it out. I can't get my money back. I have written a review of the company at Epinions.com. I have filed my first complaint ever with the BBB and hope that they will follow up on it.

Customer questions, comments and complaints sent on the form they created through their "contact us" page are still listed as New weeks after having been sent. They have generated no response.

These people are either dishonest, or stupid, or just incompetent. I highly recommend against trusting them with your money.
