Cherows.com Complaint - I Think I Am A Victim...
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- I ordered a Playstation 3 on 2-28-09 from cherows.com. I then send them $230.00 (209.95 + 20.00 shipping) through money gram, then I sent them the reference number as I was instructed to.
They sent an email on 3-2-09 with the UPS tracking number. It states that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update with information. When I call UPS or check on line it states they do not have any information at this time. I did call and talk to a UPS agent 3-4-09 and they advised me that the tracking number was a correct one they just did not have anything on it. I then emailed Cherows they keep advising me that my order has been shipped and they are sorry for the inconvenience, when they replied they also said they would try to find out the problem, the last time I heard from them was yesterday 3-4-09. I really hope that this is not a scam.
I think if it was a scam they would not be emailing me back, since they already have their money.
