Barry Volvo Newport Complaint - Stay Away! - 2007 Volvo S40

NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND -- Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Sales guy promised me a spare key, gave me the run around for 7 months. I finally talked to a manager who said he’ll handle it. Now he hasn’t returned any of my calls! Then I called the owner, and he’s not any better at returning calls. Volvo keys aren’t cheap to make, but what’s got me more upset is that these people have been stringing me along for ALMOST A YEAR, making me think I’m going to get the spare key I was promised!

Spend your hard earned money at a business that will treat you with common courtesy. Not at a place where they don’t have the decency to return a phone call.
This company needs to go back to the basics and learn some manners and how to treat people.
