Barry Volvo Newport Complaint - Stay Away! - 2007 Volvo S40
NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND -- Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Sales guy promised me a spare key, gave me the run around for 7 months. I finally talked to a manager who said heâll handle it. Now he hasnât returned any of my calls! Then I called the owner, and heâs not any better at returning calls. Volvo keys arenât cheap to make, but whatâs got me more upset is that these people have been stringing me along for ALMOST A YEAR, making me think Iâm going to get the spare key I was promised!
Spend your hard earned money at a business that will treat you with common courtesy. Not at a place where they donât have the decency to return a phone call.
This company needs to go back to the basics and learn some manners and how to treat people.
