eBay Complaint - Who protects the buyer?
This was my first experience with Ebay, and it was an absolute disaster!
The wording on one item was unclear, and I selected it in the midst of choosing to bid on some other purses. One dealer realized I had bid twice, and let me out. Another the sale was completed, I am awaiting the item.
The last? The one with the wording? I emailed the dealer to please explain, after I realized that it was not what I thought it was. I got back extremely nasty responses. Went to the Chatboard, got the same.
Basically everyone's thoughts are "too bad!"
I see all kinds of rules that help protect the seller, and that is good. But what about the buyer? The assistance they offer is confusing, you have to navigate through a maze to find a form (still in the maze.), and the responses are rude.
I personally don't care if they ban me now. I would rather not deal with them. I am going to try once again to work with this dealer, before this gets out of hand. I would rather fight and stop the payment, than pay and fight to get a return.
Does anyone out here have any suggestions? I am desperate! Thought I was buying a Coach purse (pricey!) and just spend a lot of money for a list of places I can go buy one.
