North American Bancard Complaint - Fraudulent Practice of North American Bancard
FOLEY, ALABAMA -- In late 2005, a representative of this company came into my office while I was not there and talked one of my previous employees into allowing the placement of the credit card processing machine into my business. This employee apparently gave them my personal and business information and as soon as I discovered the situation, I called the company, cancelled, and sent back the machine. Because they would never stop drafting my account, I subsequently had to change my bank account. I wrote letters, etc. and never received any satisfaction, even after repeatedly stating to them that I had NEVER signed any agreement with their company.
They have now placed a collection account on my credit file and I intend to sue them.
