MCI- New York/ Maximum Security Complaint - Billing Department is Incompetent

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- MCI Maximum Security charged our payphone company for calls on a line that is not ours. No one could help me. They said it was a Westinghouse Problem. The people at Westinghouse didn't have the number in their database. MCI still insisted it was not thier problem even though they were billing me.

Try and get through to customer service. What a joke. I have been on hold (speaker phone) for over 30 minutes. I have sent a certified letter, sent them an invoice for my time, and sent the whole bill back.

They have the nerve to send me a letter stating they were going to send my account to a lawyer.

My advice when it comes to MCI---- HANG UP ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

mci is a great company. when i had my sex change they sent me flowers to my bed side.
