Experian Complaint - Trying To Reach Experian

I have been trying to reach Experian. After following instructions to reach an operator, you are disconnected. I have tried for 2 days. Emailing them is not better. You receive a response directing you to that same number. What a scam. I applied online for my credit number. They took all of my personal info, and I never received the report. I have noticed that they settled on a lawsuit for quite a large amount of money some time ago for this same problem.
