T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile Phones On Contract - Don't Go There !!!
UK -- NEVER BUY A T-MOBILE PHONE ON CONTRACT - YOU CANNOT GET AN UNLOCK CODE FROM THEM WHEN CONTRACT RUNS OUT
NO customer service at all! I have written, emailed, and telephoned several times to T-Mobile to get my unlock code, but had no result. Every phone shop I have been to say they cannot unlock my Blackberry 8310 curve, and this can only be done by T-Mobile.
After 6 weeks they have completely fobbed me off.
Note: You can only report a phone company to CISAS (T-Mobile's Ombudsman) after 12 weeks if you have a "deadlock" letter from them. i.e. they tell you in writing they cannot resolve your complaint. As I have not had any response to any of the letters or emails I have written, I cannot report them.
They have deliberately restricted the use of a phone that I have paid for, so that I cannot use it on any other network, OUTRAGEOUS!!!
