T-Mobile Complaint - Robbing Me Blind! - Cell Phone Flex Plan
RACINE, WISCONSIN -- I tried to make a call On March 4th. I received a recording saying my minutes were low please make a payment to avoid interruption of service. I paid my bill on Feb 16th for a cycle ending March 17th. Per the instructions by Customer Care I used Refill Cards to pay my bill. The first Rep I spoke with said that my last payment was received on Jan1 16, 2009. I told him that he needed to look again. He came back on the line and said that he sees a payment made. It was not transferred to my Flex account. I asked who was responsible for doing that? He said we are. He restored my service and apologized. The next day my service was suspended! I called customer care again and this time they said that my last payment was made in Dec. of 08. I went through the same deal with this Rep. He restored my service and apologized for the error. He said that he fixed the problem everything should be fine from here on out. The next morning. My service was suspended again! I called Customer Care> I requested to speak with a Supervisor. The Rep. refused to get a supervisor until he tried to correct the problem himself. 45 minutes later he admitted he could not and put his supervisor on the line. She said it was my responsibility to have the payment transferred to the flex account! Therefore I must pay the amount to have my service back on! I asked for Corporate Office's number. They would not give it to me.
I said I am under a year contract Correct? She said Yes! I asked when that contract was up? She said in 10 of 2010.( I've already had this service for more than 8 months. It is 03 of 2009). NO WONDER! my billing is wrong! they do not have a clue!
