Sears Complaint - Customer Service (Lack Of)
COLORADO -- To the person in Humble, TX, I have a better one. I purchased a refrigerator on 11-26-08. I sent my rebate in on 12-1-08. After 2 months, I called and was told that they did not have it and to re-send it to the so-called trouble-shooting dept and I would get it within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called again and was told that they did not have it!! The person that I talked with entered the information on the system(up to this point it had not been entered)and explained to me that it would be another 10-12 weeks!! I called every where I could and was told the same thing, there is nothing that can be done I'll just have to wait.
But there is something that can be done. I will not shop at Sears anymore for appliances and I will tell everyone about my experience. People, that's why they have Best Buy and Lowes. Sears has become a non-caring business and would best serve the public if they were to so out of business during these economic times.
