Wal-Mart Complaint - TLE service
MARYLAND -- I recently went to Wal-Mart to have my oil changed. When I entered the building everything with my car was fine. In the middle of my oil change I was told that they had to replace my drain plug. No problem. As a former employee of Wal-Mart, I know that this happens on a regular basis. After returning with my new plug, they said that they might couldn't get it in. Well they did get it in, but cross-threaded my plug doing so. My car beganto leak oil the next day. They say that they are not responsible for this since I had a dent in my oil pan. The dent has been there since I purchased the car over two years ago and I have never had a problem with an oil change. I would advise anyone to take their car to any place of business besides Wal- Mart. Sure they may be cheaper but are you getting good service. Now I have to pay $200 or more to get my car fixed . It is ridiculous.
