24 Hour Fitness Complaint - Horrible Customer Service, Avoid Them
BROOMFIELD, COLORADO -- Wow, wish I had read these posting BEFORE joining the club. With the downward economic turn my wife is facing layoff so we are cutting back. One of the things to go is our 24 Hour Fitness membership. It took them less than 24 hours to begin falsely charging my debit card. When I contacted customer service the person was rude and offered no assistance, just kept talking in circles. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told it'd be "hours" and then was transferred to my own home phone. Cute touch but it did make sure I am following through. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and have challenged the charge on the debit card.
I can tell it's going to be a headache so I want to make sure I warn people to AVOID 24 HOUR FITNESS!!!!!!
