National City Bank / PNC Bank Complaint - Tired Customer - Call Centers

I have been having problems with National City Banks call center employees. They are the rudest, non caring people I have ever spoken to on the phone. I had one of the call center representative tell me why don't I write my stuff down then I will no what I did. I told him that I called customer service and that is what I am suppose to get is customer service. I told him he better which his self because if PNC bank lays off then he will be crying about he needs a job. Jobs are easy to come by. He said he can find another job and hung up the phone on me. I know that National City Bank (PNC Bank) use to have all phone call recorded in the call center I don't know if they still have that service but they need to check phone calls and hear how their employees talk to and treat their customers. You can't reach a supervisor in the department they will tell you that someone will call you back within 24 to 48 hours.

Yeah right!!!!!!!! I have been with National City Bank for 20+ years and I'm thinking about leaving the bank.
