Complaint - The Worst in Customer Service

I ordered a number of items from in October. I received the majority of the order but one thing still remains on backorder. I have emailed them numerous times and never even got a response. There is also no phone number to even contact them. I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere. I am out my money with no explanation or method of contact.
