LINGO Complaint - Monkey Business
PLANO, TEXAS -- I didn't like the service from day one, bad connection and so on I tried to cancel after 4 months they told I have to pay a cancellation fee of $59.95 I did agree on that then run around and told instead of doing that why not downgrade your service to $7.00 until the contact of one year be over and call us back. I called them at the end of 12 months they replay with email of thank me for the service and will not charge for the cancellation fee or no need to send the phone adopter back also they included with reference number thanks god that I kept this email. not a long ago I found they charged me $99.95 fr early termination I called them but no help. please people any one thinking join their service make sure not to do it because they are nothing but a monkey business operated from India. here is a copy of the e mail I received after the cancellation.
