Dyson Complaint - Unhappy
Complaint
Review by cleomaat on 2009-03-12
LONGMONT, COLORADO -- My mother bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner several months before she died hence I don't have the instruction book. She tried to make it work for her making an occasional complaint (model is turquoise and gray, full upright, purchased at Walmart.) I flippantly told her to follow the instructions. Well, now that the v. c. has passed to me I understand everyone of her complaints. The attachment hose and attachments are awkward. Putting hoses and attachments back together are a matter of chance. For open floor vacuuming it does well but it's design makes small area cleaning (baseboards, under bookcases, beds, etc.) almost impossible because of the inflexible attachment hose end which is designed to be inflexible and at a weird angle.
I would not recommend this model to anyone. It lacks versatility.
