Conn's Appliances Complaint - Most Pitiful Service In The Appliance Business
NEW IBERIA, LOUISIANA -- 60" Toshiba TV well into warranty stage went out. Called for service and got a 5 week scheduled date. That is un-acceptable. We bought in good faith for years with Conns, have spent thousands of dollars with them. Made several calls to speak to technical service manager and could get anything but telemarketing type folks that "did there job well" laughing at our discontent, making the necessary excuses to not get someone technical. After 4 days of attempts and 8 different phone numbers we finally got a Serv Mgr. or so we were told. His response " quote "I'll take your complaint but the service date is what it is". I would like to see folks hear this loud and clear.
We really thought we had a trusting store for years, if your going to buy from these people don't expect any service or you will be terribly disappointed.
