Emerald Advance Card Complaint - Glad I'm Not The Only One

WINFIELD, KANSAS -- Well I just wanted to say that I am glad I am not the only one who misunderstood this. And they made me feel like a COMPLETE idiot when I did talk to them. Like I very well should have known what they were telling me. I even went back through the paperwork and tried to make sense of all it. And what the paper said and what the operators where saying where still two very different things. And it is so very true that every representative that I talked to told me a different day and when you call back on that day they say a different day.

Very very frustrating.

is this about a RAL?

if so, e-file is free, and my refund was in my account in 10 days. the cost was zero dollars.
