Evercom Complaint - Constant Dropped Calls
ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO -- I have been a customer with Evercom for just short of a year. First of all it took me about 3 months before I was able to even get my pre-paid account working properly. Ever since then, just about every time I am on the phone with my fiance our phone call gets cut short. I receive a recording stating "Your call is being disconnected, dialing of additional numbers is not allowed. Thank you for using Evercom."
I am talking on my cell phone... my key pad is locked during calls unless I push the button to unlock them!! I was told I can dispute dropped calls to try to get a refund as long as the calls were under 7 minutes. I went though my website & found over $70 of dropped calls that should have been refunded. When I attempted to get my money back on those dropped calls... they came back and told me I ended those calls or I attempted a 3way call. I HAD NO REASON TO DO A 3 WAY CALL AND THAT MANY TIMES!! This company does not take pride in the opportunity of communication they are attempting to offer their customers. Instead of taking pride in their company and offering the best service possible... they want money!! They don't care how horrible the service is AS LONG AS THE MONEY KEEPS ROLLING IN!! Unfortunately I have no other way to keep in touch with my loved one. If I did have other choices I would definitely end my business with this sucky company!!! I have heard of a girl who is going to sue this company because of all the problems she is having... I WISH THAT GIRL THE BEST OF LUCK & IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO OR PROVIDE TO ASSIST IN KICKING THEIR ASS IN COURT... IM GOING TO DO IT!!!!
