Comcast Corporation Informative - Billing - VIDEO/CDV/HSI
Okay, Let me first start off by saying, I am a Comcast Employee. I will remain anonymous so please don't ask me for my name. I am not going to go off on a rant, and I'm not here to bash certain individuals but I would like to defend myself & some of the things people are saying about Comcast. Place yourself in my shoes for about 20 minutes... *beep* Thanks for calling Comcast my name is _______ how can I be of assistance to you today? as your rudely cut off by customers- MY BILL IS SOOOO HIGH AND I'M PISSED! okay whoa. lets re-cap, first of all... If you can't afford our PREMIER package, don't sign up for it people!! I have no sympothy for you if you've got our highest package & your calling in complaining about your bill. we provide you with a service, its not free! you are the one that accepted the offer to be on that package & we as a company gave you the rights to it, *thinking* you were coherent enought to be able to manage your own bills. There is a fine print to everything, we have no control over the fine print. its not us the reps who accepted the offer for your account. you did, and mind you..
It's NOT OUR FAULT YOUR BILL IS SO HIGH!!! STOP ORDERING PAY PER VIEWS YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T AFFORD!!! another thing that really pushes my buttons is when you call in on your cell phones and when we are trying to explain your bill to you & your over there eating and chomping so nasty on your big macs and then screaming one second as your check your texts. nobody wants to hear you over there texting your 'bff' about your plans tonight, do that when your off the phone. We aren't paid to stay on the phone with you while you complain about everything. and another thing this always makes me laugh, when your with all your friends and you decide hey! let me call Comcast because my bill is to high. haha its not our fault your a month behind why don't you tell that to your friends since your soooo tough? Ah the joys of being in customer service. people, please treat others with respect & they will treat you with equal if not more respect. Don't get me wrong, I like my job.. for now.
Its getting me through school but seriously? If you can't pay your bill don't call us whining, get a job. or a second job or whatever you have to do. We as reps are not in control, we work here. We DONT set the rules. Thanks for listening!
