Any Insurance Provider Informative - How To Make Your Insurance Provider Do The Right Thing

Review by tryskall on 2009-03-15
I've read of consumers having trouble with their insurance providers, and I have a suggestion. When writing the provider with a complaint, always Cc it to the insurance commissioner of your state. They always contact said agencies with a notice to comply, and threaten to suspend their license to conduct business in that state. this method has eased many of my billing head-aches in every scandal the insurance companies have attempted to screw me over on in the past ten years...

Don't forget to actually send a copy to the insurance commissioner.

Great information. I've done this in the past and it does seem to get the insurance company's attention. Too bad we have to go this far just to make them do the right thing, though. But, hey, if that's what it takes, then it is a good tool to have.

I would agree with information. I wouldn't have thought of it unless there was a problem but it is good to be proactive.
