Medco Health Complaint - Non Delivery/ No replacement
DALLAS, TEXAS -- MY Insurance coverage through United Health Care was about to expire. I sent in a perscription for a 90 day supply of my medication. My credit card was charged for this shipment supposily woth over $350.00 without my insurance coverage and was charged to me at $65.00. The shipment was lost by UPS. Medco Health refused to just replace the medication and file the claim with UPS. Instead they wanted to give me back just my copay and would not fill the prescription since my coveraged was now lapsed. What is the logic in that???? How much do you think UPS gave them for the lost package??
DON'T USE THEM TO FILL YOUR PERSCRIPTIONS
THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF CROOKED AND UNCARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS, BUT LOVE THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!
