Orbitz Complaint - Do not use Orbitz
I spent 4 days and 4 1/2 hours today with their outsourced reservation team trying to change flights. With airfares going down I wanted to pay the 200 penalty and their 30 change fee to save 175 a ticket. It was my worst customer service experience and they could not take care of this change. After 4 different reps today nothing got done, I've wasted my time, they got their money and they lost my business.
There are many more online sites that provide much better service...do not use Orbitz and don't let the price assurance suck you in.
