Mediacom TV, Internet, Phone Complaint - Poor Service / Bad Attitude

BENTON, KENTUCKY -- MEDIACOM in Marshall and Calloway Counties Kentucky has always had poor service and higher prices than other Mediacom locations, however, choices are limited. Now after being without service for over 3 weeks in west Ky due to ice storm we are expected to pay them for the entire time we were without service. They already charge 30 days IN ADVANCE, have a multitude of hidden charges, and have absolutely the poorest customer service in the business. I am amazed the Utility Regulatory Commission allows them to remain in business.

I would rather have "Rabbit Ear" antennas than have to deal with Mediacom another month. They can "color me GONE".

Cable sucks, regardless. Get a Dish.

Anyway, call them. They are aware of your lack of cable during the ice storm, believe me.

They will (or should) adjust your bill accordingly.

If Mediacom refuses to adjust the bill for the time you were without service, contact the FCC and your local Public Utilities Commission.
