Bad Book Keeping, Terrible Customer Service - Complaint
If you are familiar with Gevalia Coffee, the one thing everyone can agree on is that it is not inexpensive. However, true coffee lovers are willing to pay for good coffee. That being said, why then is Gevalia being destroyed by the worst customer service out there ? This is just another good company being destroyed by farmed out customer service reps who could care less about the company they are supposed to represent. In trying to raise the bottom line they are actually putting the company out of business. Their customer service reps don't even know how to contact the corporate offices.
If you find that hard to believe, just call the toll free number and ask them for an address or company official. I hope they see the light...soon. WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE....
