Carl's Jr Restaurant Complaint - Worse Service Ever! - Wrong Orders, Service And Cleanliness

Review by MRGUAPO on 2009-03-18
23320 LYONS AVE., CALIFORNIA -- First of all, as soonest I went into the restaurant I noticed there were a lot of people working and a huge line, when they finally took my order I wanted Raspberry Iced Tea and they told me that they ran out! so that kind of upset me because I love your Raspberry Iced tea, while I was sitting down waiting for my order I noticed that they were taking too long, once I got my order I realized that my whole order was wrong even my friend's order, so I went to the front counter to let them know and they didn't even apologized and even doubt it when my receipt said JalapeƱo Chicken Sandwich, which I thought it was really rude because I am a customer of yours since a long time, but after this experience I don't think I'll be going back at least at this specific location Newhall/Lyons restaurant number 1100113 and that's not all. I had to go back to remind them about my order and they still not having it right so I sat down and called you guy's store so the Manager answered and went to the dinning room where I told her I was still waiting for my order that had been placed approximately 15 minutes ago, and I told her about the situation and she didn't even apologized which made me angrier.

So for this reason me and my friends won't be going back to that place anymore, service, friendliness, food, and cleanliness are HORRIBLE!

Thank you!!!

If the cleanliness, service, and food are "HORRIBLE", I don't know why you'd want to eat there anyway.

Some people are dimwits and hardly take work seriously. There's always going to be 20 bad restaurants for every 1 good one, just an example not an exact ratio. Doesn't mean all Carl's Jr's are bad. Just bad experience which is bound to happen in the food industry.
