T-Mobile Complaint - Moisture Damage Is A Catch-All Phrase
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- Last September, I returned a Sidekick to T-Mobile. In January, of '09, a letter came- explaining that 'YOUR PHONE IS OUT OF WARRANTY...AND SINCE IT WAS NOT REPLACED THRU THE INSURANCE COMPANY (which I'm paying for), YOU OWE US $105 FOR REPLACING THE PHONE."
I called- talked, and talked, and talked...you get the idea. Anyway, the last representative I spoke with assured me that the charge would not be on my bill. I just paid my bill dated 03/11/09,..and sure enough, it was not on the bill. A week passed, and my phone was cut off. I checked my account online- the $105 was there!
Calling is almost pointless, they only recite that the customer must pay, blah, blah!
Save your money and your time! Steer clear of T-Mobile!
