Rentmax In Miami Complaint - Unprofessional And Disappointing
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I rented a vehicle from this company on March 3 returned it on the 7th, they said my deposit of $250 would be reversed back to my CC 3-4 days later. Still 2 weeks later no reverse charge. I have called them several times and been have put on hold and forgotten about after 10 minutes on hold I have to call them back again. This is very bad customer service and unprofessional responses his attitude has been no time for a previous customer who has an issue.
I am still waiting for this to get resolved but I advise stick to the companies that are well known and no how to treat and deal with customer complaints/issues.
