Rentmax In Miami Complaint - Unprofessional And Disappointing

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I rented a vehicle from this company on March 3 returned it on the 7th, they said my deposit of $250 would be reversed back to my CC 3-4 days later. Still 2 weeks later no reverse charge. I have called them several times and been have put on hold and forgotten about after 10 minutes on hold I have to call them back again. This is very bad customer service and unprofessional responses his attitude has been no time for a previous customer who has a issue.

I am still waiting for this to get resolved but I advise stick to the companies that are well known and no how to treat and deal with customer complaints/issues.

Get your credit card company involved. Maybe they can speed this along for you. Good luck VH

Don't wait for them to fix the mistake, you can dispute the charge right now and it will be taken care of almost immediately.
